Hospice Home Support

What does Hospice Home Support mean to
the professionals?

Patients are referred to Hospice Home Support by local GPs, District nurses, Macmillan nurses, hospitals and by the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.  The availability of this service is greatly valued by these professionals.  They believe the ability to refer patients to Hospice Home Support adds another very important dimension to the care package that they are able to offer people who want to be at home.

Hospice Home Support is affiliated to the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.
