Hospice Home Support volunteers can help in all sorts of practical ways: Shopping Ironing Taking the patient on outings Helping with children Accompanying patients on hospital visits Allowing the caregiver a few hours off for a well-earned break Frequently the greatest gift that Hospice Home Support volunteers can give is to sit and listen.
